Composite Deck Tiles

UltraShield brings science & nature together for the ultimate deck

NewTechWood’s deck tiles are an easy-to-install decking option that is great for both beginners and experienced DIYers. The tiles feature an interlocking base that allows you to simply snap them together.

The tiles are also exceptionally durable and won’t warp, crack, split or bend — and you won’t have to worry about drainage issues either, as the grid attached to the bottom of the tiles allows water to drain properly.

When installing the deck tiles on the ground, you should first lay down crushed gravel and then lay the deck tiles over it. Then, snap the ends of the deck squares together. Thanks to their four-way interlocking abilities, you can put the tiles in any orientation you like. We recommend you start on the tiles at the ends of the deck and then work your way inside. Once you’ve connected all the deck tiles, you can install trim to give your deck a more finished look.

These deck tiles are a great choice if you’re interested in tackling a day project on your own instead of paying a professional to build a deck over several days.

Click-Together Decking Tiles

These composite wood patio tiles work by snapping together to create beautiful outdoor patios. Each click-together deck tile has a grid attached to the bottom that keeps the tile off the floor surface to allow water to drain quickly. Typically, you should install a layer of crushed gravel or sand on the ground first and lay the tiles on top of it.

Then, you snap together the deck squares end to end. You can turn the interlocking deck tiles anyway since they have four-way interlocking capabilities. The best way to begin is to start snapping the outdoor deck tiles together at the end of your deck and work your way in. When you finish, you can add different trim options depending on your style.

Overall, these interlocking patio tiles are a great alternative for anyone that wants to do a day project by themselves rather than hire a professional for a couple of days to build an entire deck.
